Separating Foods?I don't understand what you mean by separating foods. What is the theory behind this? Do you have any meal plans. I am 5'6" and 155 lbs. I would like to lose at least 15 lbs the healthy way. I have tried the fad diets and now just want to lose weight and be healthy. Any ideas?

Meals:
1)Cereal, nonfat milk, toast, banana. ALL low sugar and no more than 300 calories for the whole meal
2)3 whole eggs
3)Rice and black beans, 300 calories total
4)NO sugar added peanut butter, 1 1/2 tb on celery
5)Chicken breast, green salad, not iceberg, and a tiny amount of blue cheeze dressing
6)chamolmile tea with 2 1/2 tb of heavy cream in it

drink 16 oz water every hour on the hour for 12 hours daily
