Title: Gaining Weight I am a 27 year old male, 5'8" and weigh about 145lbs. I recently began weight training and am looking to put on mass. My question is in regard to diet. I have read the way to put on weight is to eat small meals throughout the day. Unfortunately I am not that disciplined. I am looking for a SPECIFIC diet to follow that maps out my daily meals to optimize weight gain. I have not been able to find any. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it. Name: T.D. This sample menu for weight **gain** looks very similar to others you've listed for weight **loss**. Could you please explain this for me? Love your boards. Thanks for your hard work. \' Name: Renee Date: Jun. 4th, 1999 Title: Re: Gaining Weight Same foods, different caloric intake. Gain or lose, you need healthy foods.
