Title:
Gaining WeightI am a 27 year old male, 5'8" and weigh about 145lbs. I
recently began weight training and am looking to put on
mass. My question is in regard to diet. I have read
the way to put on weight is to eat small meals
throughout the day. Unfortunately I am not that
disciplined. I am looking for a SPECIFIC diet to follow
that maps out my daily meals to optimize weight gain.
I have not been able to find any. If you could help I
would greatly appreciate it.

I'm confused. This sample menu for weight **gain** looks very similar to others you've listed for weight **loss**. Could you please explain this for me?
Love your boards. Thanks for your hard work. \'

Same foods, different caloric intake. Gain or lose, you need healthy foods.

What would be a good caloric intake for someone trying to gain mass; currently 5'10 and 148 lbs. Also, any particular method of weight training? Thanks.
