I just need to know a better diet.
And a good exercise routine. I'm average weight

    Exercise 3 times a week. Ten exercises that cover the whole body. Each session try to add 5 pounds to each exercise if you can do more than 12 reps with them. Eat 6 times a day and keeps your animal based foods separated into other meals from non animal foods.
