You know what junk food and fast food and candy foods are. Stay away from them. If it comes in a can or a box, dont eat it. If it contains carbohydrates, eat it fat free or with less than 10% calories in fat. If it is a meat, egg or cheese, eat it separate from your carbohydrates.

please help me I'm 6'2 151 I need to know what I can do
tone my body .But I can't do much excirse b/c of I have heart trouble . It's not bad enought I have to stay in bed or nothing . do you have any advice b/c my dr. says to exirce
but not to much . .

Separate your foods and allow your body to exist with an internal peaceful evironment. I dont care if you do not add meals or foods to your diet, just at least separate your foods. You need to exercise but do so at a much reduced intensity and frequency than the average joe or joanne
