Title:
Water And MetabolismHey!
We're always told to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Other than keeps us hydrated and feeling full, does this water recommendation have any other purpose. Can drinking this much water rev-up our metabolism?
Thanks,
Sue

Water does indeed help to give your metabolism a boost. Most people are mildy dehydrated all the time and this can slow down your metabolism by as much as 3%.
Not only does it help keep your metabolism elevated, it helps to fight daytime fatigue, helps ease back and joint pain, helps memory function and can also reduce the risk of some cancers like colon cancer, breast cancer and bladder cancer.
Hope that helps,
Ryan
