Title: Diet

Hi,

I have struggled to find anyone who can really help me in my dilemma.
I would like to improve my diet and eat more healthily but I have one problem...I dont like vegetables i.e. Salads, Fruit etc. I am a meat eater and nearly every meal consists of a type of meat and potatoes that's it.
Could anyone give me an idea on how I can improve my diet based on what I eat.

Are you unhealthy? Have you had a check up lately?

I think the answer to your question though is veges & fruit! If you're serious about your health, & don't want heart disease, a stroke, cancer, etc, eat these foods. I'd cut back on potatoes a little as well since there's not a great deal of nutrients in them compared to their energy content (as far as I know). Will

If you like meat, I would check out the Atkins diet method or Body For Life approach. I do the BFL, which mixes carbs and proteins, whereas I believe Atkins is heavy on the meat/proteins. Just do it in moderation, and you should do fine.

What do you think of fitness based computer or video games?

  • I think they're a waste of time
  • I think they're good for kids, but I wouldn't play them
  • I'd give them a try
  • I've got every one that's out on the market
  • I didn't know they had fitness based computer and video games
