Title: HOW LONG?

I AM 24YRS OLD, I EAT 1400 CAL PER DAY LOW IN FATS, EQUAL AMOUNTS OF CARBS AND PROTEIN. I WORKOUT WITH AEROBICS 20 MIN 4 TIMES PER WEEK AND 20 MIN TONING 4 TIMES PER WEEK. AT THIS RATE HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE 20 LBS? A GENERAL IDEA WOULD BE HELPFUL ENOUGH.

    I'm not an expert but I've safely lost 40 lbs and it took me 2 and a half years. First it depends on many things like your workout intensity present wieght(everyones different) also body type and so on..
    If you keep at it you should get to where you want to be safely in about 4-6 months. I'm not 100% sure but it could be a realistic goal!!

      You can expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week (as they say...the last 10 are the hardest). I would assume you can expect to lose it within 3 mths if you stay on track :-)
