Title: Healthy Packaged Snacks

Can anyone give me ideas on healthy packaged snacks to eat during work hours. I sit at a desk all day, and I have 5 hours between breakfast and lunch.

    I have a similar dilema, eating breakfast at 5 am, with lunch landing right about 11 am. I have a break at work where I eat a lowfat yogurt and a banana. Sometimes I will also have a handfull of unsalted, roasted peanuts. Peanuts are high in fat, but a lot of the fat is monounsaturated, which is the better sort of fat, just keep it in moderation.

    Grapes, unsalted crackers, baby carrots, an apple, bananna, fruit bars etc..... THe list gets going on and on. Fruits and veggies are a great snack. My fav. is the grapes! Things like that. Just put some grapes in a sandwich bag and it can sit right in your desk. Don't take up any room. Won't make your desk smell like food. Perfect snack.
