Title: Need To Ask This

Ok, this is my info:

Age: 22
wieght: 385 lbs. (yes i know, alot :( )
hieght: 6'4

I work 90% of my days in a office job, in a cube, 10 hour days does not leave much for excersing. I am wondering what i can do to help loose some wieght. I had Gastric Bypass in Feb 2001, I lost near 200 lbs so far, and i dont want to end up gaining that back, because I noticed i can eat a bit more every day. I have noticed the loss in wieght slowing down over the past 5 months and I am looking to try to lose more, I am really shooting to try to make it to, at least the high 200's by Oct of '03 for my sisters wedding. Any help is greatly appriciated.

    Btw, the reason i got the Bypass was my doctor told me, get it or suffer a heart attack and possibly die before i reach 30. So, i think i made the righty choice on that :)

      I also had the by-pass in Feb 02 have lost 140 lbs so far and the majority of exercise has been walking. Walsing for about an hour burns about 360 cals. Also remember the more you eat the more you need to exercise try to keep your cl intake less than 1,000 per day

        Do cardio about 4 times a week for at least 45 min a session. Watch what you eat. If you are serious about losing the weight you can do it by the time you are talking about.
