Title: Healthy Eating Plan

Im about to start a weightloss plan in which i want to lose 20lbs within the next 10 weeks, through a combination of healthy eating and exercise. i have decided to cut out white carbs such as white bread, pasta and eat wholegrain instead. Is this good?
I would be very grateful if somebody could advise me on what to eat and what not. Thanks,

    wow 20lbs in 10 weeks thats somewhere but don't you thing thats kind of unrealistic, if losing wieght was that easy we'd have less problems when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. I'm sorry I'm too honest, but I learned the hard way when it comes to losing wieght you have to have realistic goals such as 4-5 lbs in 5 weeks.

    Eating healthy is the trickiest part when it comes to losing wieght, I believe your on the right track by abolishing white grains and sticking to healthy whole wheat grains.

    also watching your calorie intake helps a great deal according to your wieght you can lose a pound a week by cutting out 500 calories out of your dialy diet since 1 lb is 3500 calories for example you'll end up losing 1 lb/week by eating 1500 cals a day instead of 2000.

    But if you exercise it can make a difference exercise is good for building muscle which speeds up your metabolism and for lowering body fat percentage(cardio can help with that).

    Make sure that when you change your eating plan try eating less sodium since sodium makes you more bloated and also try eating less sugar good carbohydrates such as vegtables and fruit are great snacks, there are many great sites that can help you out I use fitday.com its 100% free and it tells you how much percentage your eating of fats carbs and protien everyday and calories your burn its not exactly near the mark on that metabolism part, but the food source part is great and helped me a great deal!!

    I have lost 10lbs in the past 3 weeks on a diet plan called lean for life. The program is formed to put your body in ketosis which tells your brain to burn body fat instead of carbs.
