Title: 5-6 Meals Per Day!!!

I keep reading on this board to eat 5-6 small meals a day and I am willing to try this, however, I am not sure what these meals should consist of to keep them "small."

How many calories?
How do I space them out?

I am used to eating 3 meals a day, and I do eat in between meals- but stay healthy. I.E. a snack might be an apple, some pretzels, yogurt, etc.

I work out a lot and have hit a slight plateau, so I thought maybe a change in diet will help.

I am 5'1 and am pretty muscular. I also work out twice a day, or at least try to. Usually this adds up to about 120 minutes of daily cardio, with some weight training in the mix.

Please help if you can.
thanks!

I beleive the small meals pertain to one serving of carb, one serving of protein, and I think one serving of something else. But take your three meals you normally take, add them up, then divide them by 5 or 6. There you have it. For the time concern. Add the hours you are awake then divide them by the meals you eat.
