Title: 5-6 Meals Per Day!!! I keep reading on this board to eat 5-6 small meals a day and I am willing to try this, however, I am not sure what these meals should consist of to keep them "small." How many calories? How do I space them out? I am used to eating 3 meals a day, and I do eat in between meals- but stay healthy. I.E. a snack might be an apple, some pretzels, yogurt, etc. I work out a lot and have hit a slight plateau, so I thought maybe a change in diet will help. I am 5'1 and am pretty muscular. I also work out twice a day, or at least try to. Usually this adds up to about 120 minutes of daily cardio, with some weight training in the mix. Please help if you can. thanks! But take your three meals you normally take, add them up, then divide them by 5 or 6. There you have it. For the time concern. Add the hours you are awake then divide them by the meals you eat.
