Title: Weight Gain I'm tring to gain some weight to feel better about myself, I have a high motabolism and everything I eat just doesn't help. I need a diet that will help me gain and keep the pounds on. Can someone please help? I've tried weigh gainer and it doesn'r even touch or effect my weight. More Weight Training would help and less cardio.. Lots of Water.. I was 115 Poounds in two months I shot up to 148 pounds.. Through weight training and proper diet. Lots of meat and Carbs.. Name: Waynoo Date: Nov. 8th, 2002 Title: Re: Weight Gain If trying to bulk eat man just eat, the key word here is eat, and minimize cardio because then you wont see as good results, I was having the same problem but now I eat alot and I''m putting on about 1 lb. per week, eat lots of carbs like pastas, baked patatoes, bread, take in lots of protein as well, 1g per pound if you weigh 150lb you need at least 150g of protien.
