Title: Insulin Dependant Diabetics
I have been on insulin for a bit over a yer and have put on around 30lbs which gives me a BMI of around 29. I am 63 and have problems with calf muscles and reduces some exercise options. Any suggestions.

Some diabetes medicines will cause weight gain glucophage with insulin is a big one. Remember now that the sugar is being utilized by your cells excess will turn to fat. Watch what you eat and don't be fooled by low fat, sugarless products they can kill you
