Title: Losing Muscle

I have gained a great deal of muscle in my legs over the past 2 years. I have gone from a size 2 to 6 in pants. It is really depressing me. Does anyone know what I can do so I can lose the weight and go back to a size 2-4?

    what you need to do is when you work out do mod weights for high reps up to 20 or so

      You have to not eat as much and do more cardio to lose weight you moron...Its just common sense!

          Heavier wts with low reps will actually builds more mass. U may have to get into more cardio routines and eat right.

            You want to cut back on working of the legs. Say if you were doing 3sets of 12 or something. Cut down to 1 set of 15. And do about the cardio do about 30 minutes of cardio. Don't go over 45minutes. You smart doing more harm then good at that stage. Good diet.
