Go to your local Chapters or other bookstore. Grab a few books and start writing.

Actuall I'm quite sorry that you took it that way. I was being serious, not sarcastic. The amount of great info available to peruse for free at Chapters etc.. makes it a very useful tool for gaining a lot of knowledge at once on a variety of health related topics. I'm a trainer and nutritionist. If I purchased every new book I'd be broke.
