it really depends on your body frame size as well as your body fat %. If you are moderately active and have a body fat of about 20% ( the lower end of healthy % for women), then you should weigh between 125-155 depending on how voluptuous you want to be, your muscle tone, and bone structure. I'll give you an example, I am about 108 and I am about 5 2 1/2 or so. I am small framed, but I still wear a size 2-4, have muscle and id say smallish bust (34B-C).

I am 5'6" I have a medium frame but am pretty muscular. I weigh 134lbs and wear a size 2-4. Hope tht helps!

No, 115 is too little weight for someone that is 5'6!
Sure you may be thin at 115, but leaves no weight room for MUSCLE.

In reply to that last post, 130 is the max at 5'6"??? If that's the case then I'm fat!! I weigh 130 & am 5'6", Jillian & I have been told I'm at a healthy weight. Have you asked your doctor? I don't know how much you weigh, but mabye you should get his & other's advice. Hope this helps! :0
