Title: Creatine Cycle I have been taking creatine, SciTec Nutrition's Trans-X because it has everything in it and and can just buy it all in one thing and take it all at once...(about 12 grams a day) for about 2-3 weeks...I am taking it everyday, even days I dont workout...How would you recommend I continue my dosage...for example, Every-other week or only days I work out, or something like that...Please give me your opinion Name: Eric Date: Sep. 28th, 2002 Title: Re: Creatine Cycle Everyday 5 grams. Buy creatine monohydrate powder (micronized or standard). You do not need the overpriced combination product. No none of these products were available 2-3 years ago. Creatine supplementation only became popular in the last 2-3 years. When I first started buying supplements, 2-3 years ago, none of these products were available. The lastest product when I first stepped into the store was micronized creatine. Even creatine was considered "hardcore" among gym users. Now everyone uses it. Before you buy this product that will be costing you 100$ a month, consider what you are paying for and stop looking for the magic pill.
