I WAS WATCHING AN INFO-MERCIAL ON WEIGHT LOSE. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THERE ARE THREE BODY TYPES, AND ONE MUST FIND OUT THERE BODY TYPE AND EAT ACCORDINGLLY, THE CATCH WAS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY 199.00 DOLLARS FOR THE THE DIET PLAN. I'M SURE THERE IS A CHEAPER WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE THREE BODY TYPES AND WHERE I CAN GET SOME READING MATERIAL ON THE ABOVE INFORMATION. HOPEFULLY, SOME OF YOU EDUCATED IN THE FITNESS WORLD COULD HELP ME....!!

    for your question, the 3 types of bodies are mesomorph-muscular, ectomorph-skinny people, and endomorph-obese individuals. catch is if you are ectomorph you have no weight to lose, mesomorph might have a little extra but is majority muscle, and the obvious mesomorph which makes up numers on people with weight to lose. Key things to do for weight loss: slowly cut back fat, carbs, and sugar inakes. For exercise start with 30 minutes of aerobic exercise and continue with high rep weight resistance. Good book to get more information from is Vince Andrich's Sport Supplement Review #4. Check it out.
