hi i weight train 3 days a week, and i was just wondering what foods are high in protein and fiber

    High in Protein: chicken, fish, lean cuts of beef, and believe this or not - cottage cheese! cottage cheese contains 12-15 grams of protein per serving! shocker, just make sure you get low fat. For fiber, breakfast cereals are best i can tell you, i personally just watch what i intake just so i dont have to eat extras such as fibers.
