Title: Weight Gain Fear - Please Advise I am 5 10 and i WAS 245 at the outset. This has been my daily routine for just under 4 weeks 5-6 days week i am training - combo of resistance and aerobics from anywhere between 45 mins and 90 mins - varying it from day to day. Sometimes classes. And i am eating an average of 1500 cals per day (+ or - 200) i eat pretty healthy i think. Balance of vegs, breads and proteins. And some fats. And some choc when i like - but small amounts. 200-400 cal breakfast without fail! 1-2 pieces of fruit as snacks in between meals approx 400 cal lunch 1-2 pieces of fruit as snacks in between meals approx 300 cal dinner lots of water So far ive lost 11 lbs in just under 4 weeks. And all is well - so far so good. I feel great already. I still have 60 lbs to go. I happily accept that this is a life long committment - so i am prepared to watch my weight after the goal has been achieved - but eating my maintenance amount rather than less. SO, my only concern is that once i reach my target weight and start eating ALITTLE more - ONLY upto my daily maintenance level and continuing exercise - is there any risk that i might put it back on? Basically, can anyone find fault with what i am doing. Ive read alot and educated myself reasonably well - no fad diets here. Anyone got my hints tips?
