Title: Please Read, Thanks.

I'm looking for a day-by-day food plan chart, for some weight loss. I'm 5'8", and weigh 135lbs, I would like to get down to maybe 125 or so...
IN the chart I want like day by day for what to eat...Does anyone know of a website or anything like that?...Thanks

    The Dr. said that my ideal weight for my height is 165 to 140, so you should be really thin, because when I got married I weighed 160 and wore size 10 jeans, I wouldnt worry about your weight.I know thats easier said than done in a thin craze world.

    You can try ediets.com...they'll go through and create a day-to-day, breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plan for you based on the goal that you set for yourself.
