Too Much Protein?I am currently eating 1380 cal/day to lose approx. 2 pounds per week. My protein allowance is 52g per day. Does this seem low? I go over by at least 5g every day. It seems that everything has at least a little bit of protein.
Any suggestions of low protein foods besides fruit and vegetables? My protein is coming mainly from chicken and fish.
