Title: Creating - Whats Best

I have been hearing how the liquid creatine is a lot more effective then the powder...But does the liquid not retain water like the powder? I am looking for maximum muscle and weight gain thus water weight is not a big deal to me...in the past I have taken (Sci Tec) Trans-X and it has worked pretty well but I havent taken any for about 8 monts...What do you suggest I take now?

**Liquid creatine is less effective that powder.

"But does the liquid not retain water like the powder? "
**Excessive creatine supplementation results in retaining water.

**Take a standard creatine monohydrate or the micronized kind. Do not buy products like Cell-Tech, etc. They are overpriced and are as effective as the normal product.
