Hi,Trying To Lose WeightOk,I need help,Can somebody please give me a grocery list with Proteins and Carbs and Seperate them.I also weigh 203 lbs,so how many calories would I need to take in to atleast lose 40 or 50?I am also working out plust I do alot of Cardio.And could you divide the meals for me,I need the help bad,Thanks in Advance.

Some good proteins for losing weight are chicken and Tuna, lots of tuna, it is full with protein and next to no fat as long as u don't pile on the miracle whip. And Cardio is super important, do as much of that as you can, then after about 2 weeks try using some weights, this will give you muscle which burns more calories. Also try to eat about 5 or 6 meals a day instead of 3 this will speed your metabolism up. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

hi, i have recently done this diet called the hay diet and this is not to mix carbonhydrates ,these type of food r bread pasta potatoes and rice with proiteins these type of foods r meats fish and eggs stuff like that. U can mixe fruit and veg with everything. I have been on this diet 4 4 weeks and have already lost 2 stone, that is also including going up the gym 4times a week. ne way try this diet have porrige or musilie in the morning with soya milk, have a protien meal 4 lunch and a carbohydrates meal 4 dinner. If u want pudding then mixe fruit in2 natural yoghurt and if u get hungery later have a peace of fruit or a peace of toast. Also every hour 2 2hours eat a snack such as nuts(not salted)or fruit ok. Remember the am of this diet is not 2 mix carbonhydrates with protiens and eat in small sizes often

Title: Hay Diet
The question about this Hay diet is how long can you keep this up and once you go back to the way you regularly eat will you gain back double what you lost. I have done many diets and I always gained the weight back.
