Some good examples are egg whites, oatmeal with honey, a protein pancake, toast with peanut butter. Anyways, go look on dofferent sites you'll find them. For breakfast, I normally eat 6.5 egg whites, 1 apple, and 1 tbsp. peanut butter with 2 cups of water. This way, I get my protein, carbs, and healthy fat. It keeps me full for at least 3 or 4 hours.
