Breakfast hey I really wanna eat right but it's hard just cause of the fact that I don't really know whats is right except like slad and fruit and vegtables but that ever fill me up for example in the morning .. what could I eat besides fruit that will fill me up

I just went to some of the body builder's web sites, and some of them with write recipes of their daily intake. Some good examples are egg whites, oatmeal with honey, a protein pancake, toast with peanut butter. Anyways, go look on dofferent sites you'll find them.

If you want to eat healthy, eat a properly balanced meal at every meal. For breakfast, I normally eat 6.5 egg whites, 1 apple, and 1 tbsp. peanut butter with 2 cups of water. This way, I get my protein, carbs, and healthy fat. It keeps me full for at least 3 or 4 hours.
