Title: Carbs I am very cautious with what I eat; in fact, I try not to eat a lot of fat. However, I tend to eat around 9 to 10 slices of bread a day and I eat rice and beans everyday to intake some proteins. Is eating to much carbs bad? I hear it is, but then others say it is good for you. I know that you need 58% percent of your food intake to come from carbs but I am just confused with all the theories about nutrition. Thanks!
