Protein ShakesHello,
As an after workout meal (I workout in the mornings before breakfast)I make the following shake.
1 Cup ice
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
2 tbs of peanut butter
1 scoop of whey protien powder.
Is this ok for aiding the muscle development process? Will adding creatine to the shake help?
