Title: Weight Gainers? I'm 25, 5'7", and currently am stuck at the weight of 119. This is underweight for my age and height. I also feel and look it. I lift weights at a gym about 2 or 3 times a week. i also started boxing classes (mostly cardio). I increased the amount of food I eat, but it doesn't show any change. I do have a fast metabolism. I would like to gain about 5-7 pounds and keep it on. I also can't have too much sugar. What would be better to use as far as supplements, protein shakes or weight gainer shakes?
