Had to force myself to eat. Definitely gave me more energy during my workouts when taken 30 min. prior. It will only work if you eat healthy and exercise! It's not a magical pill. It seems something is missing though. I feel alot more tone, and I went from a 32 waist to a 30, still looking for the magic solution for the lower abs. Diet is not strict, but working on it, routine is dedicated. I am going to take a 1-2 week break from it and start the hydroxycut. I have read and been advised a great deal bout this one. Hydroxycut made me feel sick and wanting to thowup. This doesn't mean they don't work. It was just my experience. There is no miracle pill that is safe for you. Work hard and eat right and you will see results, they will just take longer. Ask yourself this question, "Do I really want to be on pills for the rest of my life to stay thin?"
