Title: Toning

I recently started weight training four times a week. I do a lot of reps w/ small amounts of weight. BUT I want to decrease my body fat percentage so the muscle I do build will not make me look bulky under my fat. Any suggestions about a diet or supplements?

If you want to cut up and lose the fat, you need to not consume very many carbs. Eat a lot of egg whites, lean meats (Chicken, fish, etc), .. the carbs that you can have (not many though).. sweet potatoes.. and some natural oats. Also, no soft drinks!.. or stuff with sugar. That's what body builders and fitness competitors do before a competition to get lean fast.
