Title: Toning Up Help I'm trying to motivae my self to work out more... I'm good for a few days then i get bored with my routine, running bores me, and i can i use the gym until i get bored with my routine. I invested in healthier foods aswell. I would like to lose a few pounds to get back to my original weight (even though i don't have to.) Does anyone have any suggestions as to some new excercizes, motivation, or diets? You have to buy the book and read the whole thing and if you stick with it I GUARANTEE that you will get any results that you want! SERIOUSLY!! In fact, I went a little over board in following the plan and got way too low in body fat%. It is truly a great way to live. By the way, this isn't a diet, it is a way of life. You follow the plan all the time. And you feel so much better when you do. I really enjoy inline skating. I go everyday for an hour and 1/2 down in the park by a river. Very serene and peaceful. Plus, great for cardio and toning up your legs and glutes!
