Ephedra is just not good (in my opinion, and there have been many researches say that as well) I work in a hospital and the physicians say that they have had many young patients have heart attacks and die from over use of ephedra(which also means,long term use). So, if it were me I wouldn't do it!! Also, it really starts working your kidneys and liver hard when you start ingesting many differant chemicals. A good diet and a consistent workout is the healthiest way to lose weight!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
