Joe, I looked up your BMI and BMR
BMI-22.7
BMR-1650 calories
That means that you are within normal weight limits(BMI) and that if you just stayed sitting still, you would burn 1650 calories in a 24hour period.
So, depending on your activities throughout the day that would really increase your caloric intake allowance. But in my opinion your diet should be about 60% complex carbs and 30% protein. That leaves 10% fat. I personally, don't really count fat as much as I do calories and carbs and protein. If you are counting calories, your not going to eat too much fat. Just use common sense and don't eat really fatty foods. But the little bit in foods not high in fat is about what you should have! Hope this helps. Figure out on the internet in a activity calculator to see exactly what your caloric intake should be. To tell you the truth I am in the same boat as you are. I know exactly how to lose weight now but maintaining(knowing exactly what you should eat) is hard to accomplish. But that is what I have come up with. If any one else has suggestions feel free!!
