Title:
Re-evaluating A Diethey i've been on a diet/training program since 8/9months now and have lost about 10 kg since... however lately i have this feeling i should re-evaluate my diet...
i still need to lose some fat and think i should turn up the amount of protein... i have been on a calorie diet of around the 1400 (just a bit above)
i've stopped doing cardio but i really have start it again i think its the best way to burn fat... or is it better to lower my remaining fat by eating much less fat?
my weigh is now between the 75 and the 77 (was first 85)
and my length is 1.84 wich makes my minimum weight around the 68 and 70 kilos....
my bodyfat percentage is about 16 but it's measured on a pretty inaccurate scale so i don't know how much trust i should put in it... (it's only an indication for me though)
any suggestions on a diet?

You really do not need to diet. It is not good for your body. What you really need is good nutrition.
I hit a plateau and started taking supplements and have had great results.

You should cut out sugars and sweets. You should add more fruits and veggies. Are you getting enough protein? There are not really any foods you should not do without, just moderate them.
I am taking supplements that fill in where I do not get enough nutrition, so my body always gets what it needs. I drink a protein shake in the morning to start my day off good.
