Title:
How Is This Routine...Just Grad From College!I have just started woking full time so now my eating and excercise routines have changed. Can someone let me know if this new routine is good for both maintaining/building muscle?
before work I do 30min on the stairmaster.
Eat about 1/2 cup of fiber1 with skim milk.
During work I am constantly drinking water and have 1/2 a protien bar arounf 11:30.
Luch is normally a salad or turkey wrap.
Dinner around 6:45 is a salad with all the normal veg. plus cottage cheese, 2 egg whites and some tofu.
I then go to the gym around 8pm and do about 40min of cardio and weights for about 30min.
I do this routine MOnday thru Thursday and on the weeeknds. Is everything seem fine. I am about 5'8'', weigh 137, and have been lifting weights consistently for about 1 and 1/2 years. Let me know.

Hi,
I believe that u r perfectly alright for ur ht:wt proportion...
Donno whether u r male or female, If u r a woman, u r just quite right and fall into the small figure type. But in case u r a man, u better check on ur eating as 137 pds is too less for a man of ht 5'8"...
Anyway.. have a good time..

You said that you did cardio in the evening and then lifted weights? You should lift before you do the cardio. Cardio will burn off the carbs you need for lifting. You need them for weight training. Do the cardio after.
