I need help with a grocery list,what are alot of foods to eat.I need carbs and proteins,I need alot.Please help

    Hi, as far as proteins go: Tuna, Salmon, Chicken breast, lean steak, eggs whites.

    Carbs: All fruits, whole grain cereals, whole grain breads, whole wheat tortillas, oatmeal(plain), whole wheat crackers, sweet potatoes, yams, carrots, popcorn, rice, whole grain pasta, ect.
    Also, I buy the sugar free jello as a "free snack"

        I mean that sugar free jello doesn't count for a protein or a carb, so if you want a snack but don't want the calories it's a good way. It has 10 calories for a serving and it good.
