Title: Timing Of Protein Ingestion Hello, If I include adequate amounts of lean protein in my diet during the day, lift weights at night and eat no additional protein after working out, am I not getting the added benefits of taking an easily absorbed (powder) form of protein AFTER I work out? Some days I only eat a salad for dinner (post workout) but I have had adequate amounts of protein during the day. On these days, will I be missing out on any benefits of not having some protein AFTER my workout?
