Title: Specific Area Fat Loss Does anyone know a trick to reduce specifically fat between the lower back and the external obliquus ? Can't move a single gram in that area. It's my weak point. Theres not way to target weight loss in a specific area! If you're doing cardio, etc.. you'll be losing weight all over. Some just take longer than others.
