Specific Area Fat LossDoes anyone know a trick to reduce specifically fat between the lower back and the external obliquus ? Can't move a single gram in that area. It's my weak point.

if you work out that specific
part of your body 3 times a
week and do 45 min of
cardio every day it should
decrease significantly.
Don't work it out to hard or it
will look bigger because of
muscle.

Sorry, that's incorrect. Theres not way to target weight loss in a specific area! If you're doing cardio, etc.. you'll be losing weight all over. Some just take longer than others.
