Can't Stop Gaining Weight!Hey, I'm 13 and I weigh 170 or so. It's so disgusting, I'm around 5'6" and I weigh so much. Since the beginning of the year I have lost 12 lbs. (starting at 160 or so) and then gained up to 170! I swim three times a week and walk to and from school (about 2K each way), so I think I just eat too much. Any ideas of how I can lose about 20 lbs. as soon as possible (still healthy please). Thank you SO much!

hey, I have a brother who
has your exact problem. He
won't take my advise so
maybe you will. Do 45 min
of cardio (swimming,
running, walking, anything
that makes your heart rate
go up) and do not eat
complex carbs (bread, rice,
pasta etc.) Because it takes
48 hours to digest. most
other foods take 8 hours to
digest. Make your diet
simple and put more activity
into your day to keep you
from wanting to eat or
eating because your bored.
