The thing with fruits is that they are carbohydrates. So, just eat like, 2-3 servings throughout the day and you should be fine. Also, I hope that this isn't all you are eating!! Because that is REALLY BAD for your weight!! Not eating a healthy well rounded meal with only make your efforts fail!!!
