Title: Need To Lose Fat On Butt

I am wondering what kind of exercises I can do that will provide quick, fat, results on losing the fat in my butt. I am at a healthy weight for my height--5'6" and I weigh 130, but I get soooo frusturated cuz all of my weight is in my lower body on my ass, thighs, and lower abs. I am so sick of not being able to wear shorts or a bikini because of these problem areas. ANY ideas and thoughts on some VERY effective exercises would be soooo helpful! Please respond!! Thanks.

    Hey April, you know I have the same issue except I am just shorter than you!! I have finally found a place that I like to be with my body but I have to work EXTREMELY hard to keep my bottom half toned up. What I do is a mixture of weights, diet and interval cardio.
    You sound like you are fit if you weight 130 and you are 5'6 you just would like to tone up!! Which can be done! Try doing walking lunges. This is when I finally started seeing results. Hold like 8lbs(move up the weight as you progress) dumbbells in both hands and lunge down the hallway doing 40 reps,one count per dip, 4 times!! It really helps! Also do short hard workouts of cardio. No hour long leizure sessions! They are no good!! And don't skip meals!! Eat 5-6 small meals a day!! With that you should really see success!! Good Luck!!
