Body CompositionI'm a 25y/o male, and last year I weighed 185 with 16% body fat. This year I weigh 188 with 12% body fat. I know that's better, but how do I figure out how much fat, in lbs, I lost and how much muscle weight I gained?

lbs of fat = 29.6
lean mass = 156.4
188 @ 12%
lbs of fat = 22.56
lean mass = 165.44
Loss of 7 lbs of fat, gain of 9 lbs of lbm.
