Am now toning but also trying to build shape and deciding need to get on a better diet (good carbs) to assist muscles in recovery/strength. Need examples of good carbs and portion size. Portions should be size of closed fist and remember to eat 5-6 small meals a day - consisting of protein and good carbs each and 2 of which also include vegetables/salad.
