Title: NEED TO BOOST MEATBOLISM!!!! Hi, I am in dire need of some advice!! I have tried so many different dietary supplements and "energy" pills and have learned unfortunately that I am immune to any and everything I've tried!!! It is sooo frusturating--does anyone know of any kind of dietary supplement that is safe AND very effective that will boost my energy level??? For true metabolism increases, eat 5-6 small meals per day, containing a protein and good carb (portions of each size of closed fist) and drink plenty of water.
