I Need Help With My Diet!!!My new job has turned my eating habits upside down plus I know zilch about what is good and bad to eat. Can someone please reply a good example of a diet for me to follow? Here is what my diet looks like right now:
Wakeup- 11am cereal (cheerios or Spec K)/ piece of fruit.
Lunch (3pm)- San (pb&J) with chips
work at 4:30pm-midnight
during work- coffee (sugar/cream
water (about 2 liters)
yogurt,pretzals, sandwich (pb&J) and soda.
I am 5'll (female) and weigh 155lbs. I would like to lose around 10-15 lbs. Can someone please help me???

Your current diet looks low in protein, especially if you are exercising (which you should be if you are trying to lose weight).
Here's what I would change/do:
wakeup - 2 serving oats w milk, 2 eggs, small pieceof fruit
lunch - If you like peanut butter, use natural peanut butter. Do not have jam with this. No chips. A better meal would be a tuna sandwich with some mayo and a salad.
during work - Try to avoid alot of sugar/cream in your coffee. Drink more water throughout the day. Try to avoid pretzals. Try to avoid soda. Yogurt isn't to bad. A better supper would be a chicken breast sandwich with veggies. Make sure the bread you eat is whole wheat. For snacks throughout the day, try veggies, some fruit (like apples).
I am not sure how many calories that would be; it may be to low.
