Title: Online Food Diary Just wanted to share that there is a great website: www.nutrawatch.com that has an online food diary. Very nice setup (at least for a free product). You can track goals, protein, carbs, sugar, sodium, calories, fat (and percentages of each). It seems to supply you with all the information that you would want to track. It also allows you to see bar and pie charts that track your progress. Nice idea for those that keep this info.
