Title: IS THIS A GOOD PLAN TO GET A SIX PACK?!???

16 yr old male 5 feet 10 1/2 about 162 pds.

Meals

6:30 - metrx whey protien shake (250 cal.)

9:30 - Turkey sandwhich

12:30 - protien bar (210 cal.)

3:00 - protien bar

4:00 - workout (4 days a week, cardio 3 days weight training 3 days)

6:00 - 1 chicken breast
Salad w/ fat free dressing

9:00 - protien shake

also i wanna start taking l-glutamine what will this do, is this dangerous?

aslo i wanna take vitamen c pills are these good?

    hi, you should be consuming more natural foods throughout the afternoon, save one of those bars for immediately after your workout

      I agree with the last post. Start the day off with 4-6 egg whites and a slice of whole wheat toast. Save the turkey sandwich for 12:30 and have some fat free plain yogurt at 9:30 with strawberries, apple slices or melon. Make sure the sandwich at 12:30 is on whole wheat with NO MAYO. After (not before) the workout have a protein shake rather than the bar (carbs in the shake replenish your system) If you need something before you work out, try 3-4 slices of fat free cheese (adds carbs and protein and fills you up). As for the dinner (can push even later), that is fine, and perhaps add a good carb (i.e., sweet potato or brown rice). And if you need to eat before bed, have a low carb protein bar - thermic fuel which will inhibit fat loss while you sleep.
