Cereal + milk Pasta + cheese Pasta + bean soup Bread + cheese Grains + beans and legumes (peanuts) Rice + beans Pita + split pea soup Tortillas + beans Corn + beans Corn bread + chili with beans Brown bread + baked beans Chick-peas + tahini Tofu + sesame seeds Hope this helps. I get a lot of my protein from soy products, (fake burgers, lunch meat, chix nuggets). There are so many brands out there now, Gardenburger, Boca, Morningstar, Lightline, etc. They are all soy & very high in protein.
