Title: Need A Balanced Diet. I'm looking for some advice on a balanced diet. I've been working out (weightlifting, crunches, and running) for the past two weeks, but I think I'd be even more pleased with my results if I could go on some kind of balanced diet. I'm also taking creatine by the way, and I'm not sure how that would effect my eating habits or not. Anyway...I already gave up soda. Now all I drink is juice and water (mostly water). This cut out a HUGE portion of my daily caloric intake. I don't really eat a lot of food, but the food I do eat, is usually fast food and generally unhealthy. Any suggestions?
