Name: Justin Date: Mar. 21st, 2002 Title: Re: Hi,Please Help Me When people say "good fat" they are referring to nonsaturated fat like the kind found in flaxseed oil, canola oil, olive oil, and other sources such as fish. If you want to put a good cardio and weightlifting program together it isn't hard. For cardio just pick an activity you like to do that gets your heart rate up and do it for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. For strength training all you have to do is lift weights 3-4 days a week. You could do a simple program where you work different bodyparts on different days like this: Monday - Chest, shoulders, triceps Wednesday - Legs Friday - Back, biceps & abs Do between 6-10 sets for major muscle groups (chest, back, thighs) and 3-5 sets for smaller muscle groups (biceps, triceps). Or if that doesn't work for you you can split your body up other ways that work better for you. Good luck.
